Wragby Town Hall is delighted to present the 70th Anniversary Summer Fete with plenty of activities to entertain children and adults alike!

Seventy years ago, a group of forward thinking Wragby residents (pictured) got together to lay the foundations for the Town Hall. The aim was to provide a venue and facilities to benefit the local community. Since then, the Town Hall has supported a wide programme of interests as well as being a home for various clubs, associations and hobby groups - from bingo to film nights, from toddler groups to the WI, from badminton to Zumba, discussion groups and much more.

This year's Town Hall Summer Fete celebrates the last 70 years and will be raising funds to enable the Town Hall to continue to serve our community  with safe facilities and activities for everyone.

John Edwards will host a photo display to commemorate 70 years of village life and we are delighted that Chris Bourn, Brenda Bodley and Margaret Sargeant will share some memories at the opening.

We have amazing craft stalls, a fabulous BBQ courtesy of Ricky and Sam - our local Wisby Butcher, fun 'sport for all' featuring egg & spoon, sack, wheelbarrow, 3 legged races and more, Tug-O-War competition, cake stall, refreshments by the WI, not to mention craft activities, Crackers Mr Whippy Ice Cream, Fire Engines, Steam Engine, Face painting, entertainment, Parish Games and much much more!

The Fete is packed with everything you could possibly want to while away a delightful summer afternoon, bring the local community of Wragby together and raise funds to support the Town Hall.

Why not come along to the town hall and join in the fun?
