Fun Sports Day

Each competitor will be given an egg and spoon - the aim is to complete the course carrying the spoon in one hand and balancing the egg in the bowl of the spoon without steadying the egg with the other hand! If you drop the egg, you have to pick the egg up and go back to the point where you dropped it and continue on the course. On completion, pass the spoon and the egg to the next participant until all the team have finished

Competitors will be provided with a 'sack' and invited to step inside. The aim is to hold the edge of the sack with your hands and then jump along the course without stepping out of the sack (or falling over). On completion - hand over the sack to the next person in the team until the whole team has finished

Competitors are in pairs - one puts hands on ground and the other holds legs and then complete the course without 'breaking' the wheelbarrow. 

Competitors are in pairs and their nearest legs will be tied together. The aim is to complete the course as fast as possible, without coming apart or falling over! 

Each competitor completes the course using a skipping rope. Grab the handles - one in each hand and rotate the rope over your head and run and jump over the rope as it rotates. 

Each competitor places a beanbag on their head and needs to complete the course as fast as they can without dropping the beanbag. Anyone dropping the bag will need to return to the start and go again! Once the course is successfully completed, pass bag to the next competitor
